Job Title: Associate Director/Manager

Skills: Sales (Global Captive Centre)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai & Gurgaon

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, upsell services, and address issues promptly.

Develop and execute account management plans, collaborate with teams, and provide regular performance reports to management.

Schedule and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders, presenting updates and facilitating discussions to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Follow up on action items and decisions made during meetings to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.

Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, including nurturing leads, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements.

Handle all paperwork and manage collections, ensuring accuracy, timely payments, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth project progression and effective communication across teams, addressing any roadblocks promptly.

Foster a collaborative environment, support teams in achieving their goals, and regularly update all teams on project statuses and milestones.

Education Qualification and Experience

A bachelor's degree in engineering and approximately 10-17 years of related work experience; or a master's or MBA degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering

Exhibits persistence, dedication, and the ability to set, achieve, and surpass sales goals, driving business growth.Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, identifying opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement, and taking action to address them effectively. Consistently delivers high-quality results with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over work.

Proven experience in working with and growing business with global captive clients. Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with captive clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Familiarity with major platforms and OEM offerings. Stays updated with the latest technology trends and understands the capabilities of different platforms to provide effective solutions to clients.

Understanding and experience in various business engagement models, including but not limited to project-based, retainer-based, and outcome-based engagements. Demonstrates the ability to adapt and implement appropriate engagement models based on client needs and business objectives.
