About the Role
Tiger Analytics is looking for a BD Sales – Databricks Hunter to join our high-growth Business Development team. In this role, you will be the primary engine for new logo acquisition within the Databricks ecosystem. You will focus on nurturing relationships with Databricks & Hunters & (sales reps) and executing strategic go-to-market plans to win new accounts.
Responsibilities
● Partner Cultivation: Proactively nurture and cultivate relationships with Databricks Hunters to become their preferred services partner.
● GTM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for accounts within the Hunter's portfolio, identifying optimal channels and messaging.
● Lead Management: Support end-to-end lead generation and nurturing, ensuring a healthy pipeline of Databricks-centric opportunities.
● Solution Positioning: Expertly position Tiger's solutions, offerings, and specialized capabilities to solve complex client problems on the Databricks platform.
● Deal Orchestration: Develop detailed deal plans and mutual action plans; coordinate demos and industry-specific solutions to move prospects through the funnel.
● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal solutioning, delivery, and alliance teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
Qualifications
● Experience: Proven track record in hunting-based business development, specifically driving services revenue through technology partnerships.
● Technical Savvy: Strong understanding of data analytics, AI, and the Databricks Lakehouse architecture.
● Strategic Execution: Ability to develop creative, account-based marketing and sales strategies.
● Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills to influence both partners and C-level prospects.
● Mobility: Flexible and willing to travel to the US and Canada as required for deal closures and partner networking.
