- Create and maintain prospects database.
- Cold calls and cold emails: To gain new business opportunities.
Forecast milestones:
- Build a pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives of AEC sales.
- Manage the progress of sales opportunities throughout the sales process, including pipeline development, management, and forecasting.
Value proposition:
- Understand and remain updated on the competitive business environment in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction market segment.
- Effectively present technical/business value propositions to key industry stakeholders in coordination with the Head of Sales/BD.
Business deals:
- Win new business deals by coordinating with the Head of Sales/BD.
- Provide support to the Head of Sales/BD in developing contracts.
- Integrate contract requirements with business operations.
Travel:
- Travel as required to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will have to coordinate with:
- BD Executives in India.
- BD Manager in the USA.
- Head of Sales BD in USA.
- The candidate has to manage a team of 10 BD/Sales executives.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the BD team pertaining to the AEC industry.
- Responsible for the entire Sales/BD lifecycle under the direction of the Head of Sales/BD in the USA.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to gain new business opportunities.

Skillset:
Technical As this role has to sell the services on the following software, in-depth knowledge of usage of the following software is a prerequisite:
- AutoCAD, Revit BIM360
- StaadPro, E-Tabs, 3D Civil, Tekla Tedds and Navisworks
- SKM Power Tools, Visual Lighting, Trane Trace, HAP and Bluebeam
