Position summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Backend Operations Associate / Backend Operations Executive to support our backend operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, validation, research, management, and maintenance activities that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of critical healthcare and business information. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in healthcare technology, data management, and operational excellence.

Job description:

• Collect, organize, update, and maintain healthcare and business-related datasets.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across internal systems.
• Manage database updates with high accuracy.
• Conduct online and offline research to gather healthcare, medical, and industry-related information.
• Identify, verify, and update healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, and medical professional data.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients, healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and business partners.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and healthcare stakeholders to introduce company products and services.
• Research market trends, healthcare organizations, medical technologies, and industry developments.
• Assist in maintaining internal databases, CRM systems, and operational tools.
• Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
