Job Summary
The BD Director will play a pivotal role in driving business development initiatives within the Private Equity and Hedge Fund domain. With expertise in MS Excel Excel Macro/VBA and fund accounting the candidate will contribute to strategic growth client engagement and operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the companys presence in the Private Equity and Hedge Fund sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide expert insights into Private Equity Fund Accounting and Hedge Fund Accounting to enhance client solutions and services.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel and Excel Macro/VBA skills to analyze complex financial data and create efficient reporting tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights within the financial services industry.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes within the business development function.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions formulas and data analysis capabilities.

- Possess in-depth knowledge of Private Equity Fund Accounting and Hedge Fund Accounting principles and practices.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Display excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken for effective client and team interactions.
- Bring a proven track record of 17 to 20 years of experience in business development within the financial services domain.
