BCP

KRA's
Conduct meetings / workshops with client appointed champions and perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) & Risk assessment for various business functions
Develop and document recovery strategies and business continuity plans.
Review and update Crisis Management policies and processes
Conduct testing for the defined BCPs
Facilitate BCM and Crisis Management Training and Awareness
Support in project management and client management activities on a day-to-day basis
Take ownership and drive project milestones / deliverables as per the project plan

Profile requirements:
8+ years of experience
Preferably certified on ISO 22301 LI/LA
Sound conceptual knowledge on BCM, IT DR and Crisis Management
Atleast been involved/managed three end-to-end BCM advisory engagements
Preferably with Oil & Gas experience
