This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the BCA Department at Panacea People located in Nashik. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, mentoring students, and participating in departmental activities. Additional duties include evaluating student performance, engaging in research activities, and contributing to the development of academic programs.

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field
• NET qualification is required
• Strong experience in teaching and academic mentoring
• Proficiency in topics related to Computer Applications and Information Technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research capabilities and experience in publishing academic papers
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and students
• Prior teaching experience in a college or university setting is preferred
