BBS ESG Delivery Lead

This position - BBS ESG Delivery Lead will shall be working within BBS and shall be engaging with the Business teams globally and enabling the Program Management and Delivery of:- ESG Disclosure, CSRD Programs, ESG Ratings, Palm Tracebility, Water Management and ESG Query Management for Bunge. As part of the execution of ESG COE requirements to engage with Sustainability Team, ESG Controller, ESG KPI owners, BBS Sustainability Analytics team, and Business Technology team. As part of the ESG excellence journey he will be responsible for enabling People, Process, Policies and Technology (ESG Disclosure Tool) transformation leading to better and more effective ESG reporting and business disclosures and thus enhance Bunge ESG ratings and ESG Commitments. The incumbent is expected to be an understanding of the various ESG standards and frameworks, defining sustainability KPIs, understand business requirements & processes and drive the ESG Program on a global scale through a ESG Governance structure.

Main Accountabilities:

• As ESG Delivery Lead to lead the governance of all the ESG Programs under ESG COE. Act as Functional and Subject Matter Expert in the practice area of Sustainability, ESG, International Disclosure frameworks and Sustainability Standards e.g ESRS
• Have worked in Climate Risk and opportunity assessment. Done ESG Reporting- GRI, BRSR etc. and done ESG ratings- EcoVadis, DJSI etc. Conducted Environment impact assessment, certified CII Sustainability Assessor
• Have Technology background for implementing the ESG Disclosure tool/ understanding the IT systems
• Create Action plans along with ESG KPI owners and drive data capture to report readiness, ESG Ratings lead and the Palm Tracebility Process end to end, Water Data Management for the Environment team
• Review and drive ESG Program action plan implementation
• Conduct KPI level Data quality and governance check and validation
• Design KPI level Data templates for data capture from data source to reporting across various frameworks and Disclosures
• Continuously scan the Global ESG regulatory and voluntary disclosure landscape applicable to Bunge
• Support the Environment team in Data Management and KPI reporting in addition to Water Data Management
• Drive the responses and end to end program deliverable for various ESG Programs, Managing the governance calls, be the Scrum Master for ESG COE
• Facilitate ESG Data assurance
• Drive capacity building workshops

Education & Experience:

• Desired Education Qualification -Engg and MBA 14 to 17 years of experience
• Knowledge of Sustainability and ESG frameworks
