BBS Engineer

Function: QS

Qualification Required: B Tech Civil or Diploma Civil

Skills Required: AutoCAD and MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) as per Drawing for cut bent & Billing purposes.

- Preparing reinforcement client bills and getting approval from clients.

- Execution of reinforcement works in the site as per drawing & design & coordination with contractors.

- Preparing the Steel Reconciliation & certification from client & RO.

- Handling steel yard and labor contractors/vendors & steel indents.

Note: Must have experience in high-rise residential buildings.
