We are looking for BBA Graduates for US IT/Non-IT/Healthcare Recruitment & B.Pharma for US Healthcare/Life Science Recruitment and experienced US Recruiters who are interested in building a career in US Recruitment.

Strong communication skills and willingness to work in the US Staffing industry are the key requirements.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
• Sourcing & screening engineering candidates
• Working on US-based engineering requirements
• Coordinating interviews & offer closures
• Managing candidate pipelines through ATS/portals

Candidates with exposure to VMS/MSP, W2 hiring, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or prior US Recruitment experience will have an added advantage.
