About The Job:
- Operate and further Develop Telemetry & DEX Solution Nexthink. Nexthink will be required to support Operations Teams to optimize User Experience, based on EndPoint Telemetry Data. Therefor Data must be gathered and properly aggregated and analyzed (Data Analysts).
- A focused and detailed Data Steward specializing in Nexthink and telemetry solutions for PCs, adept at transforming data into actionable insights to enhance user experience and business processes.
Qualifications:
- EXP- 9-13 years
- Nexthink Expertise: Proficient in using Nexthink for IT analytics and digital experience monitoring.
- Telemetry Systems: Skilled in implementing and managing telemetry systems to collect and analyze data from various sources.
- Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve user experience
- Data Management: Knowledgeable in data stewardship principles, including data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
- Trend Analysis: Ability to identify and analyze trends from telemetry data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Use Case Development: Expertise in converting raw data into actionable use cases that address specific business needs.
- Solution Design: Skilled in designing and implementing solutions based on data analysis to improve business outcomes.
- Business Process Improvement: Skilled in analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
