Battery Development Engineer

Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer engineering / Data Science / Mechanical / Electrical / E & TC or Similar.

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Processing and managing large scale raw data from battery testing or development.

- Extracting and developing performance KPIs to assess battery degradation, efficiency, and ageing.

- Automating data pipelines and improving analytical methods for deeper insights.

- Assessing correlations among different sample iterations and tests conducted at various levels, including cell and pack testing.

- Maintaining continuous communication with test stakeholders is crucial, as effective knowledge transfer relies on strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Actively collaborating on enhancing our methods, fostering a culture that welcomes fresh ideas and approaches.

- Postprocessing of the data and summaries performance preparation.

- Identify anomalies, trends, and root causes of test failures.

Must Have:

- Experience in Data Analytics , Data Visualisation and Model building

- Knowledge of basic Automotive data types eg. CAN Data, Diagnostics data ,..

- Experience of working with Cloud platforms like AWS

- Working Knowledge of Python and relevant libraries

- Knowledge of Battery system would be good to have

- Good Communication skills

- Structured approach
