Batching Plant 

Job description:

• Supervise and monitor operation of the concrete batching plant for construction activities.
• Ensure proper batching, mixing, and supply of concrete as per approved mix designs and project specifications.
• Monitor quality of raw materials, concrete production, slump, strength and other required tests in coordination with the QA/QC team.
• Coordinate concrete requirements, dispatch schedules and delivery to various work fronts.
• Check plant equipment, calibration, preventive maintenance and availability of critical spares.
• Maintain production records, material consumption, equipment logs and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with approved procedures, safety requirements and environmental controls.
• Coordinate with EPC contractor, civil/construction teams, QA/QC and PMC personnel to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor contractor performance and report deviations, delays and quality issues to the PMC management.

Hiring Locations : We are hiring for multiple project locations across India. The positions will be based at the respective project sites listed below:

1. Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, Bihar - Pirpainti TPP (3 × 800 MW)
2. Anuppur, Madhya Pradesh - Anuppur TPP (3 × 800 MW)
3. Korba, Chhattisgarh - Korba Phase III TPP (2 × 800 MW)
4. Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh - Mirzapur TPP (2 × 800 MW)
5. Baran, Rajasthan - Kawai Phase II (2 × 800 MW)
6. Salkocha, Dhubri, Assam - Assam TPP (4 × 800 MW)
7. Raipur, Chhattisgarh - Raipur Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
8. Raigarh, Chhattisgarh - Raigarh Phase III (2 × 800 MW)
