Batching Plant Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the RMC plant machinery and equipment
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
• Coordinate with the production team to schedule concrete pouring
• Perform regular maintenance on the plant to prevent breakdowns
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process
• Train new plant operators on plant operations and safety procedures
• Keep detailed records of production output and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any product defects
