Batching Plan Operator

JOB Location: Middle East Countries, Brunei, Singapore and Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor batching equipment to ensure proper mixing and blending of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of batch production and ingredient usage.
• Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in a batching or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of batching processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in operating machinery related to batching and mixing.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
