Roles & Responsibilities:
AUTOSAR BSW Expertise
- Hands on experience configuring at least one AUTOSAR BSW stack (Vector toolchain preferred)
- Strong understanding of MCAL, COM, DCM, NVM, DEM, IP Stack, and other BSW modules
Vehicle E/E Architecture
- Knowledge of zonal, domain, and classic ECU architectures
- System-level understanding of ECU integration within vehicle platforms
Embedded Software Development
- 2+ years of experience in Embedded C / MATLAB based application development
- Proficient in low level driver development, integration, debugging
Diagnostics
- Strong know how of ISO 14229 (UDS) diagnostic services
- Experience with Secure Diagnostics / Secure Flashing (SDF) / IVD
- Familiar with CDD/ODX, routine control, DTC processing, and diagnostic session management
Automotive Communication Protocols
Software Process & Methodology
- Knowledge of ASPICE processes
- Experience working with V Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile development models
Cybersecurity
- Basic know how of ISO 21434 and UNECE R155/R156 compliance (good to have)
Requirement Engineering
- Component level (ECU) requirement analysis, creation, traceability, and review
Debugging & Tools
- Hands on experience with flashing/debugging tools (good to have)
- Software architecture understanding (high-level & component-level design)
