Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based at The Den Bengaluru in Whitefield. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages to guests at The Nest bar and other hotel venues, following hotel standards, recipes, and responsible service guidelines. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and processing orders, mixing classic and signature cocktails, serving wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, and ensuring accurate billing and cash handling. The role also involves maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels, checking inventory, supporting opening and closing procedures, and coordinating with the Food & Beverage and kitchen teams. The Bartender is expected to provide attentive, personalized service, recommend menu items, handle guest feedback professionally, and contribute to a refined and engaging bar atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating welcoming, memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and effective coordination with team members.
- Hands-on Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic understanding of spirits, wines, beers, cocktail recipes, and bar snacks.
- Proficient Bartending skills, including drink preparation, garnishing, bar setup, and adherence to responsible service practices.
- Accurate Cash Handling capabilities, including managing POS systems, processing payments, and reconciling bills.
- Prior experience in a bar, lounge, or hotel environment; luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and a strong focus on hygiene and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of local and international beverage trends; formal bartending or hospitality training is a plus.
