Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Bartender to join a prestigious UHNI private residence. The ideal candidate will bring a refined sense of hospitality, exceptional mixology expertise, and the ability to deliver a bespoke beverage experience tailored to the preferences of the principal and their distinguished guests.
Key Responsibilities- Curate and craft premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
- Design personalized drink menus aligned with the client's preferences and special occasions
- Maintain an immaculate bar setup, ensuring presentation meets luxury hospitality standards
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock rotation of premium spirits, wines, and bar supplies
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and service of beverages, including rare and high-value collections
- Provide seamless, anticipatory service with utmost discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with household staff and chefs for private events and gatherings
- Stay updated with global mixology trends and introduce innovative beverage concepts.
Candidate Profile- Proven experience as a Bartender in luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, private clubs, or high-end residences
- Strong knowledge of international spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Excellent presentation, grooming, and communication skills
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to personalized service styles and client preferences
- Certification in bartending or mixology is preferred
