KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
Assess customers needs and preferences and provide recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages.
Plan and present the bar menu.
Verify customers identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Maintain guest focus and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations and standards.
