Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, and beers.
- Take customer orders, offer drink recommendations, and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tools, glassware, and equipment.
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines for consistent quality.
- Check identification to ensure customers meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Monitor customer behavior and alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately; operate POS system efficiently.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, as well as licensing laws.
- Collaborate with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
