We are hiring an energetic and skilled Bartender for the new opening of Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in cafes, lounges, or bars and be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through great drinks and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure proper stock levels and manage bar inventory efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests professionally.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist in creating new and innovative drink menus.
- Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience as a Bartender in a cafe, lounge, or bar.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
