Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and skilledBartender (Bar Associate/Executive)to join our Food & Beverage team atPVR INOX Cinemas Elan Miracle, Gurugram. The ideal candidate must have prior bar experience, strong product knowledge of wines & beers, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a cinema environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service by greeting, seating, and assisting guests.
- Present menu and recommend wines, beers, and food pairings.
- Take accurate orders and serve drinks/food promptly at tables.
- Maintain product knowledge of wines, beers, and signature beverages.
- Upsell premium beverages and combos to maximize revenue.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, service area, and glassware.
- Assist with stock control, restocking, and maintaining par levels.
- Adhere to opening, closing, cash-handling, and bar register procedures.
- Support team members (GRE, Service Associates, Kitchen, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company SOPs, legal requirements, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Education:Diploma/Bachelor's in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience:12 years in bars/bartending.
- Strong knowledge of beers, wines, cocktails, and food pairings.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during peak hours.
- Must evaluate drink quality by taste, sight, and smell.
- Energetic, professional, and team-oriented.
Job Type: Full-Time In Cinemas
Salary Range: Up to 25K monthly
