Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender, based in Bengaluru. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar areas, managing cash transactions, and delivering excellent customer service experiences. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with inventory management and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction with customers
- Experience in bartending, including drink preparation, mixology, and maintaining bar equipment
- Knowledge of food and beverage services to assist with guest needs and enhance their experience
- Competency in cash handling and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Relevant certifications (e.g., bartending license or food safety certification) are a plus
