Role Description
This is a full-time Bartender role based on-site in Pune. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhering to health and safety standards. Additional tasks include managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely preparation of drink orders. The position also involves maintaining an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction and effective interaction with team members.
- Experience and knowledge in Bartending and handling Food & Beverage operations.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling to manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Relevant experience or certifications in bartending or hospitality are preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of local and international beverage recipes and trends is an advantage.
