This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bartender/Bar Supervisor/Barman at Escobar Tapas Bar, located in Mumbai. The role involves crafting high-quality beverages, offering exceptional customer service, managing bar operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining bar inventory, handling cash transactions, and collaborating with the team to create a remarkable guest experience.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide guests with a memorable experience and handle feedback effectively.
• Expertise in Bartending with a focus on crafting cocktails, handling bar equipment, and creating drink menus.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage services to complement bar offerings and assist in overall guest satisfaction.
• Skills in accurate Cash Handling and familiarity with POS systems for efficient and secure financial transactions.
• Knowledge of local and international beverages, wine, and food pairings is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring attention to detail.
• Experience in a bar or restaurant setting, preferably in a supervisory role, is an advantage.
