Are you passionate about mixology, guest service, and creating memorable experiences Baale Resort Goa is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Create innovative beverages and recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware.
• Monitor bar inventory, maintain stock levels, and report shortages to the concerned supervisor.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and compliance with established procedures.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth bar operations.
• Assist in menu planning, beverage promotions, and maintaining presentation standards.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally to ensure a memorable experience.
  
  

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality establishment.
• Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest service skills with a professional and welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of bar hygiene, inventory management, and beverage cost control.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
