Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender and Food & Beverage (F&B) Server based in Gurugram. The responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with guests to provide excellent service, handle transactions and cash responsibly, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace to uphold high service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and provide an exceptional dining or bar experience.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and understanding of menus to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in Bartending and preparing a variety of beverages, including maintaining bar supplies and equipment.
- Cash Handling skills to process transactions accurately and manage financial responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Certification or training in hospitality, bartending, or food service is a plus.
