Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Ahmedabad for an upcoming cafe. The Barista will learn to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, follow recipes and quality standards. The role involves a proper training of how to greet guests, take orders, process payments, and delivering prompt, friendly service while maintaining the overall guest experience. They will also be taught how to manage stock levels for ingredients and supplies, support opening and closing duties, and follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times. Collaboration with the broader team to support smooth operations and consistent brand standards is an important part of the role.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer-facing skills, including customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years.
• Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Food Preparation skills with a focus on hygiene, safety, and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
