About the Role
Looking for an experienced L&D Trainer with hands-on experience in training Baristas and store-level teams.
Responsibilities
- Design & deliver training for onboarding, F&B operations, customer service, and leadership.
- Drive café-specific initiatives to uplift service quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure ROI.
- Collaborate with HR & operations teams to roll out impactful programs.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in L&D and F&B operations (coffee/QSR brand experience).
Required Skills
- Proficiency in LMS/e-learning tools & reporting (Excel/Power BI).
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, coffee preparation, and safety standards.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada language is a must.
- Location: Rest of Karnataka & Kerala
