We're looking for a skilled Barista who understands coffee as a craft and service as an experience. This role goes beyond making beverages, you'll help shape the cafs mood, consistency, and customer connection.
Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, cold brews, and house specials with consistency
- Dial in espresso daily (grind size, extraction, milk texture)
- Maintain beverage quality during peak hours
- Customer Experience
Engage warmly with guests; explain menu items when required
- Handle orders calmly during rush hours
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar counter
- Machine & Inventory Care
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Perform daily cleaning and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bar supplies
- Team & Operations
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Follow opening and closing SOPs
- Support training of junior baristas if required
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on barista experience
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction & milk texturing
- Experience working with commercial espresso machines
- Calm under pressure; detail-oriented
- Willingness to work weekends & holidays
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
(Latte art is a plus, not a deal-breaker)
