Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Mumbai. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages, maintain cleanliness and organization of the café space, and ensure an exceptional service experience for all guests. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their preferences, handling equipment safely, and supporting food preparation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including preparation of coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customers
• Customer Service expertise to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience
• Prior work experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with luxury service standards is a plus
