Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista position based in Mysore. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee beverages and also assist with Roasting Coffee to different Profiles accordingly also should ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and maintaining product quality standards.

The Barista will also contribute to a positive team environment and uphold MINIMAL COFFEE ROASTERS's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Barista skills and experience in coffee
• Manual Coffee Brewing skills (Pourover / Aeropress / Cupping)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment
• Proficiency in communication to effectively engage with team members and customers
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying tasks
