Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in the Pune Division. As a Barista at Cafe PNQ, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, crafting food items, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will also engage with customers, provide excellent service, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista skills, including coffee preparation and knowledge of specialty coffee
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Proficiency in Customer Service and delivering a positive guest experience
• Experience in Food Preparation and maintaining cleanliness in food service areas
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage settings
