Espresso Anyday Café, Sector 28, Gurgaon, Café is a vibrant, cozy, Gen-Z–inspired hub for coffee lovers proudly known as one of Gurgaon's most loved No 1 cafés! Operated by Bright Hospitality, we create cultural spaces through food, bringing together cultures, communities, and conversations.

Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for handling team, training, R&D, preparing, interacting with customers, providing excellent customer experience, maintenance of coffee machine, stock and department.

• Espresso Preparation, Milk Steaming, Drink Recipes, Cleaning and Maintenance of machine and area, Time Management, Attention to Details
• Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
• Adhere to health and safety regulations. Adaptability : Service Excellence : Customer Focus : Collaboration Management & Team

Qualifications

A Certificate or diploma in Barista training, a Hospitality degree will be added advantage.

At least upto 1 years (Jr Barista) 1 years (for Barista) of experience / Intra-personal & communication Skills
