Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and Serve Beverages:
- Create and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages according to standard recipes.
- Suggest seasonal or promotional menu items to customers.
Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and provide product recommendations when requested.
Workspace Maintenance:
- Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Restock supplies (e.g., cups, coffee beans, milk, etc.) as needed.
Teamwork:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Step in to assist during busy periods or with additional tasks as assigned.
