Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Greedys Cafe, based in Delhi, India. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking orders, ensuring their comfort, and delivering exceptional service. Additional duties involve assisting with food preparation and ensuring adherence to quality standards while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and team members
- Customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for every visitor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
