Position: Barista - Rotational ShiftLocation:

Porvorim, North Goa

Are you a skilled barista/bartender looking for a new opportunity in North Goa De-Stress is hiring for the position of Barista for our 24x7 coffee shop.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve various beverages, including coffees, teas, smoothies, juices, and appetisers.

Provide excellent customer service and handle billings

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee shop

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Minimum six months of experience in customer service

Familiar with the semi-automatic coffee machine and its accessories

Communication skills

Fluent in Hindi and English

Training and Remuneration:

Latte artists and expert baristas will regularly provide training to innovate new beverages and enhance your skills.

Performance-based incentives will be offered in addition to the fixed component.
