Barista

GAG Coffee Co. is revolutionizing how India experiences coffee by focusing on what truly matters—the coffee itself. We serve authentic, specialty-grade brews crafted to meet international standards, while remaining affordable and accessible to everyone. With a vision of creating India's most connected coffee network, we aim to open 1,000 compact café outlets across the country in the next five years. Our goal is to prove that exceptional coffee doesn't have to come with an expensive price tag.

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Ahmedabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patrons. Additional responsibilities include operating café equipment, supporting food preparation, and managing daily inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth operations.

• Proficiency in barista skills and knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base
• Experience in customer service to ensure a welcoming and satisfying guest experience
• Basic food preparation knowledge and an understanding of hygiene standards

• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
