Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Mumbai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additional duties include restocking supplies, assisting with food preparation tasks, and supporting daily café operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista Preparation skills to craft quality beverages and assist with kitchen tasks
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers and team members professionally
• Excellent Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and engaging café experience
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and a passion for coffee and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a Barista or in a related role is a plus, though not mandatory
• Barista Certification Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
