Company Description Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters is a professional specialty coffee company led by certified Q-Graders who source coffee directly and roast it fresh with a strong focus on quality. The team is recognized in the industry, having been invitees at TEDx and the Indian International Coffee Festival. Corridor Seven is dedicated to curating unique specialty coffee experiences for both cafes and home brewers. All coffees are profiled and roasted in micro batches to highlight distinctive flavors and create a memorable coffee experience.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Nagpur. The Barista will prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to guests, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to Corridor Seven's brewing standards. Daily responsibilities include operating espresso and brewing equipment, handling food preparation related to the coffee menu, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and managing basic inventory of coffee and supplies. The Barista will engage with customers, explain coffee origins and brewing methods, take orders, process payments, and provide a welcoming, informative coffee experience. The role also involves collaborating with team members to support smooth café operations and occasionally assisting in coffee tastings or demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.
• Barista skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and specialty coffee brewing techniques.
• Effective Communication skills to explain menu items, coffee profiles, and brewing methods clearly.
• Food Preparation skills to safely and efficiently prepare beverages and light café offerings.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, handle busy service hours, and maintain attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and interest in learning more about specialty coffee.
• Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
