Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista & Chef, located in Lucknow. The responsibilities include preparing high-quality beverages and food, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, and maintaining clean and organized workstations. The role also involves effective communication with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills, including experience in creating quality coffee and other beverages, as well as preparing food items
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers and address their needs
- Communication skills to collaborate with the team and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is an advantage
