Role Description The Barista role at Bevique Café is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to café standards, while ensuring proper food preparation for snacks and desserts. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, operating café equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the service and seating areas, and restocking supplies. The Barista will handle payments, assist with opening and closing duties, and follow hygiene and safety guidelines. This role also involves creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting team members to deliver smooth and efficient service.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Barista experience or skills in coffee preparation, beverage crafting, and basic café operations.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Previous experience in hospitality or café settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
