Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista in New Delhi. The Barista will prepare and serve beverages, specializing in coffee, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining inventory, and making recommendations based on customer preferences. The role also includes assisting with food preparation and collaborating with team members to deliver a warm, welcoming experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with barista skills and beverage preparation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Customer service expertise and a passion for providing a welcoming environment
• Basic food preparation knowledge and adherence to hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
