We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals to join our café as Barista Trainee / Barista.The role involves crafting high-quality hot & cold beverages, providing exceptional guest service,and ensuring smooth café operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who love coffee

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and serve a variety of hot & cold beverages, including Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha,

Espresso, Cold Coffee, Shakes, and Mocktails.

* Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.

* Provide exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming café environment.

* Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation.

* Assist in stock management and daily café upkeep.

* Train and guide junior staff (for Senior Barista role).

Requirements:

* Prior experience as a Barista preferred.

* Strong knowledge of coffee brewing, beverage preparation, and presentation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.

* Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced café environment.
