Babka Goa is looking for a Barista (All-rounder)

Requirements:

Someone with excellent communication skills & passion for coffee.

Should be aware of different types of processing and brewing methods of coffee.

Someone who loves talking and being around coffee throughout the day.

Job Profile Includes:

Make a variety of espresso-based coffees daily.

Educating customers about coffee and its origin.

Brewing manual brew coffees like Pour Over, French Press and Aeropress.

F&B service.

Upsell F&B items.

Take orders, and serve guests daily.

Packing takeaway orders.

Talk to guests and build rapport with them.

Salary up to 30,000/- + Service Charge & Tips.

Food and accommodation can be provided.
