Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Team Member located in Lucknow. The Bar Team Member will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and complying with all food and beverage regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting in inventory management, restocking supplies, and collaborating with team members to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
- Experience in beverage preparation, mixology, and serving techniques
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards and compliance practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
