Bar Manager

Premium Craft Ice Startup | Bengaluru | Full-time, on-site

We're building a premium craft ice business serving cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels, and luxury events in Bengaluru. We're looking for our first hire: a resourceful, commercially minded hospitality professional who wants to help build a business from the ground up.

You might be a bartender ready for a bigger challenge, a bar manager who knows how to keep things moving, or someone who has run a hospitality business. What matters most is that you take ownership, build relationships, and get things done.

• Win our first customers: Visit venues, meet bartenders and decision-makers, run product demonstrations, and turn trials into recurring orders.
• Help launch operations: Coordinate equipment suppliers, production setup, packaging, storage, and delivery arrangements.
• Stay close to customers: Gather feedback, resolve issues, follow up consistently, and earn repeat business.
• Own the details: Track orders, costs, payments, and delivery commitments.
• Get hands-on: Pitch in with packing, deliveries, and troubleshooting when needed. This is not a desk-only role.

• Hospitality experience: A background in bartending, bar management, beverage sales, catering, events, or running a related business.
• Commercial confidence: Comfortable walking into a venue, starting a conversation, asking for the order, and following up.
• An owner's mindset: You spot problems early, propose solutions, and don't wait for step-by-step instructions.
• Reliability: You move quickly without compromising hygiene, product quality, or commitments.
• Local knowledge: Bengaluru hospitality contacts and Kannada proficiency are advantages.
