Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bar Manager located in Mumbai. The Bar Manager will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, hire, train, and supervise bar staff, and implement promotional strategies to maximize sales. The role also involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and adherence to regulations, as well as fostering a welcoming and professional environment for guests and team members alike.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Knowledge and expertise in managing Food & Beverage operations, with an emphasis on bar management
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team
- Experience in training and mentoring a diverse team for improved performance
- Sales experience with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of applicable health and safety regulations and licensing requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
