Hiring: Banquet / Wedding Sales Manager (5-Star Hotel) | Delhi NCR

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Wedding Sales Manager to lead wedding and social event sales within the luxury hospitality segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banquet or event sales and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage wedding and social event inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and relationship-building activities

• Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client requirements

• Drive revenue through effective negotiation and closing of deals

• Coordinate with internal departments (Banquets, F&B, Operations) for seamless event execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, planners, and vendors

• Be flexible for client meetings and travel, including outstation visits when required

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or hotel/event sales

• Preference for candidates from 4-star / 5-star hotel backgrounds

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Target-oriented with a strong customer-first approach

Additional Details:

• Location: Kalkaji Delhi NCR

• Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 (In-hand, Fixed)/ 10-15% hike
