Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Banquet Sales Manager will oversee and manage banquet sales, maintain client relations, and work closely with clients to plan and execute events. Daily responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new clients, implementing effective sales strategies, managing event bookings, ensuring excellent customer service, and liaising with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales Management and Customer Service to promote and sell banquet services effectively while maintaining excellent client relations.
  • Expertise in Catering Sales and Event Planning, with the ability to develop tailored event proposals to meet client needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Experience in the hospitality or event management industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
